Two teachers from Sagrado Corazón in Maracena, Granada  came to Strawczyn  Primary school to run job shadowing within KA1 Erasmus + project. The visit took place from 14th to 18th May 2018 and made dissemination activities possible. The schedule was created to show how to use cooperative structures and techniques in class.  The guests observed a couple of lessons with cooperative learning implementation  which made them aware of this kind methodology. In addition to this, they had an opportunity of active participation in treasure hunt game and escape room activity just to give them how to handle the techniques properly They got to know the group arrangement, roles assignments and students' interaction during the work. All the discussion were followed and focused on teacher's lesson preparation and  group work benefits. Moreover,  the teachers were  well equipped with theory as they were provided with  the methodological dossier and lesson plans. The cooperative learning materials, teaching resources were  shared efficiently.
